Terms of Service

By accessing or using VendGrid at vendgrid.net ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What VendGrid Is

VendGrid is a marketplace that connects sellers of ATM machines, vending equipment, vending routes, and ATM portfolio businesses with potential buyers. We provide the platform — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. VendGrid does not broker deals, hold funds, or guarantee any listing's accuracy.

2. Listing Rules (Sellers)

By posting a listing on VendGrid, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to sell the listed equipment or business
• All information in your listing is accurate and not misleading
• Prices and financial figures (revenue, income) are truthful and supportable with documentation
• You will respond to buyer inquiries in good faith
• Your listing does not violate any applicable law
• You are solely responsible for the sale transaction — VendGrid has no role once a buyer contacts you

VendGrid reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Buyer Conduct

By using VendGrid as a buyer, you agree to:

• Contact sellers only for genuine purchase inquiries
• Not use seller contact information for spam, unsolicited advertising, or harassment
• Conduct your own due diligence before any purchase — verify financial claims, inspect equipment, and consult professionals as needed
• Understand that VendGrid does not verify listing accuracy and takes no responsibility for transactions

4. Messaging

The messaging feature is provided to facilitate buyer-seller communication about listed items only. You may not use messaging to send spam, solicit unrelated services, or harass other users. VendGrid may review messages to enforce these terms and will cooperate with law enforcement if required.

5. No Guarantees

VendGrid makes no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy of listings, the fitness of listed equipment for any purpose, or the reliability of any seller or buyer. The Platform is provided "as is." Use it at your own risk.

Always do your own due diligence. Verify revenue claims with bank statements. Inspect equipment before purchase. Work with a lawyer or accountant for any significant transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendGrid and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from fraudulent listings, failed transactions, or inaccurate financial information. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

7. Intellectual Property

The VendGrid platform, design, and code are owned by VendGrid. Listing content (photos, descriptions) is owned by the seller who posted it. By posting a listing, you grant VendGrid a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Platform.

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to VendGrid at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by emailing vendgrid@polsia.app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last updated" date above.
